Jonathan is so knowledgeable about their hot tubs that he was able to diagnose our problem without even seeing it. When the technician arrived, it was exactly as Jonathan thought so the tech had all the correct parts and was able to repair it quickly. Wow, service was great, I called in on a Saturday, they were here on Monday morning, replaced 2 hot water tanks, no fuss no muss, and they even cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I have had Everything H20 in our home a number of times. They were quick to respond and give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner and installed both doing a fantastic job.
