Fabulous installation experience! You guys did what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. We are extremely happy with the install by John and Tristan. We couldn't have asked for 2 better guys to do the work. They were always super friendly and polite, listened to our questions and took the time to answer us and accommodate any wishes we had. They also made very useful suggestions. Very importantly they showed through their knowledge and professionalism how to do a professional and proper installation that we could not have done as effortlessly ourselves, even though we have extensive DIY experience. I just had the BEST Service ever.
Had a problem with a 8 yr old hot tub, Brad walked me thru a few tests and we were able to diagnose my problem over the phone.
They had the part in stock at a great price too. Fixed the same day!
Very happy customer that will be back!
AND…they tested my well water to tell me exactly what chemicals to put it my tub.
