Very straightforward in the CE process

My experience with EMS University was wonderful! The instructors were extremely experienced and had a passion for teaching the next generation of EMTs.

Efficient, accessible and great customer support

Very knowledgable. Fantastic trainer/instructor. I left feeling that not only I now understand, but be able to help without question.

I truly appreciate the professionalism that EMSU puts forth. I do not work as an EMT full time but I have been certified for 24 years. I do not want to lose that certification seeing that we live in a time and I live in a rural are that you never know when you may need the knowledge and skills to help out. EMSU has offered an easy alternative to recertification for those like me. They offer so many different course options that it was easy to call and get registered for what I needed to get recertified. Thank you EMSU for once again doing an amazing job!

Overall good experience, some glitches though

Brayden was awesome, I learned more during his class than any previous other classes over the years and always felt uncomfortable if it came to having to preform CPR but after his class I fell I have enough knowledge to help a person in need now

Easy to use and friendly instructors. No issues

I took this refresher because I needed to do my recertification con-ed and it seemed like the best way to get that done quickly. This course exceeded my expectations. It really was a nice refresher of the material and I would definitely recommend it to others. The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 is because some of the additional materials had expired or no longer working links for some of the videos, but overall it was a great mix of virtual synchronous and asynchronous review.
