I found this course to be highly convenient both with my work and lifestyle. The instructor was well versed in both book and street knowledge. I enjoyed hearing the stories of past encounters. Made the class feel more like a discussion rather than a "sit and listen" format. My only complaint is the cost.. Paramedics earn very little salary, so $400 just to keep that measly salary hurts. Other than that.. All good things. Thank you

loved this place! very hands on and you learn so much not just in the book but realword experiences.

Took a refresher one month before my certification was going to lapse. Had to reschedule due to death in the family and they took care of it no problem. Very competent instructor!
