The customer support team has been helpful and quick at answering any questions I had regarding my courses.

I used EMS University to recertify my EMT certification. This class is straight forward and will tailor their class to any learning style. There was a lot of hands on with the skills and they made sure you were comfortable with taking the written and skills test.

It used EMS University every time that I need my recertification as a EMT.
Lessons are well categorized and easy to study. The virtual classes are very well presented, instructors are very professional and prepared. The IT support is excellent as well.

Instructors were thorough and prepared us well. Owner Ruben was the GOAT and helped us tremendously with all material and made scenarios fun and quick. My only complaint was the zoom portions of class, but I still was able to learn the material and interact with the rest of the in-person class, just didn't get hands on experience as well on zoom days. In person classes were perfect, and the three days of finals helped me study and relearn anything I missed or forgot. solid 9/10 overall
