El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room

Everyone was nice service was fast

First off, I tried to leave a review through the QR code the hospital gave me, and it requires you to leave your name, email, and phone number, as well as agree to receive notifications just to leave a review. Not cool.
This was my first time visiting this ER and overall it was a good experience, aside from the 2 hour wait on a Wednesday at 5pm. The person at the front desk was very pleasant and apologetic about the wait. Once I did get back into a bay all the staff was very nice. Nurse Melissa and tech Fred were very nice and caring. I was put in bay 2 which is directly across from the nurse's station which affords you a view (if the curtain isn't closed). Also, every word the staff said could be heard inside the bay. I understand how busy they were that night, however my frustration, along with pain had made me on edge, and seeing doctors and nurses standing around laughing...

Very fast and efficient! Felt comfortable there and everyone was nice and friendly. Credit to Dr. Shah who called me 'sir'!! Made me vry happy

They treat us well and take care of us right away they are very good people there real respectful

They were very hospitable and service was great and quick no waiting whatsoever. Dr Shah was caring and helpful. My Nurse Melissa was awesome and very knowledgeable in her field. The Front Desk Viry helped me navigate through the paperwork and process to help me get seen quickly. 10 out of 10 I’d go there again. Highly recommended

Dr shah nurse melisss and virg Everyone was excellent had us in and out. Everyone was very nice. They gave us blankets when we were cold. I recommend this emergency room to anyone in the area get you in and out.

My first time going to el mirage and everyone is helpful and kind. from the moment I walked in until I left. I didn’t know if I wanted to come here at first because it’s new and didn’t know if it was any good, but If I ever need something I’ll definitely make this my first choice.
