This was by far the most professional care I have ever received! I was beyond impressed with the care I received from the moment I walked into the door. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. The Dr made the time to sit with me and really take the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. The nurses were amazing as well and continued to check on me and make sure I was doing ok. Hopefully I don’t need to go back but if I do i will definitely be going back to them! They are bringing healthcare back to the way it should be and you don’t see that very often anymore so thank you to all the staff there!

I have never experienced such outstanding care in an emergency room. From the moment I checked in, the friendly young woman at the front desk made a great impression, as the front desk often represents the face of a practice. Once I was in my room, the nurse who attended to me was fantastic; she guided me through the IV medications, explaining what to expect and demonstrating excellent bedside manner. It's true that a nurse's approach is just as crucial as that of a doctor. The technician who took me for my scan was equally impressive. Finally, Dr. J. Mead was undoubtedly the best ER doctor I've encountered. He was compassionate, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to thoroughly explain my results. I truly wish I had noted the names of everyone I interacted with during my visit, as they all contributed to an exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly recommend...

El Mirage Emergency Room treated me quickly and very professionally. I was impressed with the staff and the fact that they had a CT machine which made my diagnosis with certainty as to what ailed me.

The RN was very compassionate and attentive to my issue. She started the IV quickly and I barely felt it.
The Doctor was very thorough and diagnosed the problem right away.

Dr Shah is absolutely amazing along with the rest of the staff. I will never go anywhere else. This is the best addition to El Mirage
