My mother heard Dr. Alphonso on the radio years ago and said you need to see him! I was tired all the time, body aches, heart palpitations and overall felt unwell. Traditional doctors all said I was fine. I honestly was so discouraged. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alphonso. I don’t live with daily pain anymore and my heart palpitations are gone. Highly recommend if you are fed up with traditional medicine and doctors and not getting any answers.

I came to Dr Alphonso because I was at my end with my regular physician, who I found out wasn’t doing me any good and just stringing me along for my insurance. I'm grateful for the team at Back To Wellness. I'd done such harm to my body with poor eating, diets, alcohol, etc. that weight loss was extremely difficult. I started going to Dr.Alphonso a little over a year ago with complaints of my back constantly hurting. . I own my a construction company and with the constant bending over the years, I thought I would need surgery. Little did I know it was my kidneys that were causing my back pain. Dr. Alphonso knew exactly what to do and what regimen to put me on and my back has never felt better. I continue to go see him and he has uncovered a lot of underlying issues and has corrected them. I randomly came across Dr. Alphonso (or "The Fonz" as he's known in my part of the woods) suuuuuuuuper randomly. Like, obviously it was the Lord. For about 18 months I had been seeing many different holistic practitioners with zero progress in my health status. But!
