Greetings, this program that I embarked on was very beneficial, Dr. Alfonso and Melissa were very helpful and very supportive along with the entire staff. I learned better eating habits. My ulcer that I had was decreased due to the supplementation I was told several times that my skin was much clearer and I seemed more calm and not as overwhelmed as I used to be. I have learned with this program you have to be consistent. You do have to have a determined mindset .This is definitely a life-changing program that requires consistency and accountability. It was well worth the Investment.

My friend invited me to attend a presentation/workshop. Although I was initially unsure of what to expect, I listened attentively to both the presentation and her personal account regarding the program. After reviewing the program and considering Dr. Anthony Alphonso's insights, I felt prepared to participate.

Remarkable how life can change so dramatically in only 3 months! My momma and I did the program together. Both of us felt pretty darn crummy when we started the program and by the end our lives improved greatly. We both lost over 20 pounds. Mom's migraines went away. I highly recommend Back to Wellness with Dr. Anthony Alphonso! When I started, I had digestive issues and I was always tired. I generally just "didn't feel good" all the time. Anthony and Melissa, I want to thank you for all your help over the last year. Melissa, you have been a God send to me!!! My biggest health concern was that I had daily headaches from the moment I opened my eyes for the day to when I closed them at night. I had seen a neurologist for 3 1/2 yrs. We tried 3 different meds and Botox with no relief. After being on this program for 6 wks, it hit me that I hadn't had a headache in over a week and a year later, I have had just 3 headaches. The after being off my cholesterol meds for 90+ days now, and adding in the last change of my supplements; I have 90% less aches and body pains which was my 2nd most health concern after my headaches. I’m sharing my story so people know you can take control of your HEALTH with help from Dr. Anthony Alphonso, Melissa and Robyn at Back to Wellness. I found him on Facebook and went to one of his seminars and was committed from that point on ! I came to them after being a nurse for over 40 years and seeing what the Health Care System DOESN’T do for our Health.
