It was an investment property for many years and have had several tenants. The last one I had was not the cleanest tenant or most cooperative. Really wanting to get them out of the property. I just didn’t want to invest in the upkeep of the property. Better for me to sell at this time. Definitely relieved and glad it’s off my hands and someone else will take it over and do something with it. Although the home owned by me and my ex-husband was in a good location, it was in extreme disrepair, and we still owed a large amount on it.
