It was a doozy it had been mismanaged by the owner for twenty years and it was in decrepit situation I needed help to get it improved and get it sold. I think closing was very good. Last few months we’re easier because we had to go through probate. Jean Zambrano was great every time I called him crying or angry he would tell me everything was gonna be okay. I think everybody did everything they could and we went through the probate with the county with the help of Diamond Equity Investments
