I can’t thank Comfortrol enough—especially Ray Raglin! After my A/C was poorly maintained the first time (which caused water damage to my tile), I called again, and Ray came out the same day—on a Saturday, leaving his grandson’s birthday party—to help. He was professional, personable, and immediately found and fixed the issue. It meant so much that he took full ownership and resolved it quickly and thoroughly.
