I can’t thank Comfortrol enough—especially Ray Raglin! After my A/C was poorly maintained the first time (which caused water damage to my tile), I called again, and Ray came out the same day—on a Saturday, leaving his grandson’s birthday party—to help. He was professional, personable, and immediately found and fixed the issue. It meant so much that he took full ownership and resolved it quickly and thoroughly.

As a small business owner myself (I own Blo Blow Dry Bar in Lewis Center), I really appreciate when companies stand behind their service and make things right. This is the second time Comfortrol has shown that commitment. Huge thanks to Ray Raglin—you truly went above and beyond!

Ray & Kayden did a great job today at Big Sandy Superstore in Dublin, Ohio. They got our preventive maintenance done and all the filters changed. They were professional and courteous.
