Colorado Theological Seminary was an enriching journey. Although the coursework was accessible, the path wasn’t always smooth—I spent several years navigating personal and academic challenges before reaching the finish line. The sense of accomplishment was well worth the effort.

One of the most meaningful parts of my experience was the mentorship I received. My mentor supported me over the years, providing steady encouragement and guidance that truly made a difference.

I want to emphasize that Colorado Theological Seminary is far from a "Diploma mill." Having previously attended a regionally accredited University for my Master’s degree, I can confidently say that CTS required genuine commitment. The journey with Colorado Theological Seminary has been one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. I have attended many Colleges and universities, which have contributed to my current preparedness. Yet, this education is the first I have been able to utilize for the current task God has placed before me.

The training and classwork enable the student to fully embrace the measure that God has in store for their life.

As I reflect on my journey at Colorado Theological Seminary during the process and graduating with a Doctorate of Ministry, I'm grateful for the college, staff, and leadership of my mentor, Dr. Legg. I was challenged by the curriculum throughout the course. Any time I completed an assignment, it was graded, and comments were provided in a very reasonable timeframe.
As I transition into more ministry opportunities, I carry with me the things I learned at CTS. My heartfelt thanks are extended to everyone I worked with, and I wholeheartedly recommend this college to anyone seeking an environment where faith and intellect have equal measure. I am completing my first month of my first course in my Doctor of Ministry Program. While I am considerably older than most seminarians, I am finding the materials first-rate and the program inspirational. I am a retired college professor myself, so I recognize quality in academics when I see it.

My advisor is a marvelous lady who has been a joy to exchange calls and emails with. I plan to progress at the rate of 1 course a month, so I have 7 days to finish my last book and complete my term paper for my first course.

It was affordable and the quality of courses were comparable to other universities I have completed. Challenging enough to guide me. I am firm believer that you get what you put into everything.
