Chandler Crouch and team protested our property taxes and helped me beyond what I could ever imagine! I was kept well informed every step of the way, with the information being easy to read and understand for this first time homebuyer. He helped navigate what was a very intimidating task, and made it understandable, and even had suggestions for what steps to take next. Both of our parents have passed away and my brother and I needed to sell their home. We chose to use Chandler Crouch because of the good work he had done on the property tax protests and we found out that he went to our church. Amazing service and attention to detail. Their communication has been great and they took a lot of stress out of the closing process. These guys are great at working out solutions to challenges that arise during the closing process, they came through on a last minute curve ball that could have pushed out closing to a much later date. Joan Armijo was my agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Thanks to Deona for the constant assistance and communication as well.
