I just took Chandler Crouch's HUD class. Great class! Chandler's obviously an expert, and the class was really helpful. He provided basic information about understanding the HUD Homestore website as well as gave practical, hands-on information about how to get deals done successfully. Rebecca in his office is also wonderful to work with!

I just attended a HUD class on Thursday, November 13th that Chandler presented. As always I learn every time I go. He always make it fun and interesting.

Good HUD class and although I've done HUD's for a few years, I was still able to learn something new and include it with what I already do. The class is well worth the time. There is also some interaction with questions from the class participants and with Chandler's humor, the class goes by very fast. It's a good way to get some MCE if needed so you know the class will start and end on time. The main thing I've learned about selling HUD's successfully is the team you surround yourself with. Also on hand were a mortgage and Title representative that are experts in their field for getting HUD's closed. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Chandler.
