William was great, we had a real struggle trying to get this done during Covid and after nearly a year of diligent work we finally got it done. I cant tell you how many houses we looked at over the last several months but Will was always available to help me out. Couldnt have dont it without him.

He walked us through all the details and explained everything clearly. We were new to the area and Mr. Peters was very patient, orienting us to many different communities from which to choose. Mr. Peters was always available to answer or research any of our questions. The agency staff has continued to be helpful with further questions about which agencies to contact in this area as we have settled in to the area. We appreciate all that they have done for us.

Made the process easy, was happy to answer every question we had, he happily showed us houses, was careful to make sure we were safe while visiting new houses, and offered us great guidance so we’d be informed with every step of the process. We were privileged to work with Jason Culp. We moved from out of state to Texas and he was with us every step of the way. Which was almost an entire year process! Crazy to think that. He worked with us while we were still in arizona going above and beyond helping us way more than I know most people would.
