I sold a house and then bought a house, so I am coming at this from both sides. My realtors were very knowledgeable and professional. They were personable and kept me informed at each step in the process.

Our agent Matt was with us from the first contact through to closing day just over 3 months later. We always felt like their was a team of people behind the scenes constantly moving their bits of the process forward, and gracefully slowing that process down when we weren't ready for the next step. All in all, it was a great, attentive feeling experience. When you spend as much as you do on agency fees anywhere you go, it sure makes it feel like the money is going somewhere that's benefiting us, when you get that Team Feeling from Matt and Deona and their crew!

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Chandler Crouch and his staff for handling my protest for my house. I got his information from watching WFAA's segment "Right on the Money" with Jason Wheeler and at first I was skeptical that Chandler could actually save me money on my property tax amount but I took a leap of faith and was very pleased with the outcome.
