I contacted Chandler Crouch through NextDoor, and he quickly responded with a video thoroughly answering all of my questions. I appreciated the personal touch, considering his numerous clients. It did not take long for Chandler to handle our case and he was successful in significantly reducing our property taxes. We will happily continue to do business with him, and would highly recommend him to anyone who is confused or weary over property taxes.

I had never used this type of service in the past. They were VERY helpful with the Property tax question, but also in other ways to save. I was very impressed. And very glad that I got confirmation that I was on the right track and set up for future years.
Don’t need a Realtor right now, but when I do I will be calling them.

1. William Henry sold my dads house in record time over the asking price. It was not our first offer. Things got weird and William talked me through the whole process. He is the best! I will use him for all my house selling needs....
2. My electric bill has never been this low... I use the company Chandler recommended. I have used them for over 2 years. It is amazing. They let you know when you are changing companies. Everything is done by them. The only thing I do is save money.
3. My appraisal went down a lot the last time. Thank you Chandler and team.
4. Every time I call Chandler I get a call back to personally talk to him. (I've only called twice. haha).
