We discovered a rodent infestation under our home in the insulation and when it was removed and cleaned, mold was found. After extensive remediation, we needed to have our home's wool bedroom carpet and our upholstered furniture cleaned and be assured that whatever contamination "out-gassed" into our home's inside, was cleaned. Carpet MD was recommended by a friend and Chris Sutton, the company's owner, was great to deal with. I had been living at our friends' house, due to related health problems, and was coordinating cleanup companies from there. Chris was very understanding, compassionate and kind. He gave me a quote on the spot and his technician Alecia came out a few days later, on a day that worked best for our schedule.
