We had a great experience with getting our house and deck washed - Bradd is extremely conscientious, came on Saturday because the weather would have stopped him from taking care of us on our original date. Our vinyl siding hasn't looked this good for a long time, our 2 year old deck looks new. And besides doing great work, Bradd is really nice to work with.

When we were looking for a power washing company, we ran up against a lot of confusion online - getting referred through central request services and the like. When we called Capitol City Power Washing, we were calling a person. Brand answered right away, sent us scheduling options promptly, and had us on the calendar within two weeks. He did an extremely thorough job, including adding cleaning to a retaining wall for free because it was not in our initial quote but he felt it should be done to really complete the job. We live in a very wooded area in and have white siding - Brand and his team got rid of all traces of residue and brought our house back to a crisp, bright appearance. He also did fantastic work on our windows!
