Bradd was able to point out many of the things he was going to work on before the job and showed me after his work how great everything looked. I saw a yard sign advertising house washing services - when I called I talked to Bradd, the owner of Capital City Power Washing, LLC. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was able to add our house to his list even though it is getting to the end of the season. He did a great job washing our house - the white vinyl siding sparkles. Thank you, Bradd. First, Bradd is very responsive. Despite being busy and booked up through the end of the season, he was very quick to respond to my inquiries, and because I'm trying to prepare a house for sale, he worked with me to fit us in to his schedule. He's professional and does fantastic work for an excellent price. I highly recommend him and will be referring my friends to him as well!

The exterior of my house is sparkling with none of the damage that power washing sometimes causes. The big surprise to me is my brick patio which was stained and discolored — it now looks brand new!
