I highly recommend Bradd from Capital City Power Washing! Not only did he and his team do a fantastic job power-washing my house and garage, Bradd responded quickly to my request for an estimate by stopping over that same day to look at my house and give me a price. He was also able to get me on his schedule soon after that. While washing my house, I discovered a leak in my basement so I had to ask Bradd to stop his work and come back another day (after I could get a plumber to fix the leak). A few days later, the leak was fixed and Bradd squeezed me into his schedule so that he could finish my house. Bradd is also friendly, energetic, and truly cares about doing excellent work. Definitely call Bradd if you need your house washed!

I saw CCPW trucks out and about during work one day and decided to request a quote using their website. After completing the online form, Bradd got back to me immediately with a more than fair price quote to soft wash our home. The service was scheduled within a week and Bradd provided clear communication prior to the date.

When I left for work that day I took a few pictures to compare before and after. When I arrived home that afternoon it looked like a brand new home - the structure was the same, but it looked as though someone had redid the entire exterior. Bradd and his crew went the extra lengths and hit all of the gutters and fascia trim and made it sparkle like it was new. They even took the time to rinse the windows afterwards and cleaned our mailbox before departing.

Highly recommend! The house looks so clean and new. We've been here 12 years, and I don't know if the house ever got power washed before. It looks like a new house, areas we thought were stains now gone. The suffit and gutters look new. Super impressed! They even moved house plants out of the way and items I forgot to move.

We had a great experience with Bradd Gullickson of Capital City Power Washing in Madison. The weather was uncooperative for the first planned attempt. Bradd was flexible, and 2 days later the weather and the Cap City crew came through and the old and dusty house looks like a new one. With the information on the website, we were able to prepare the house for the big event and be assured that the important aspects(like safety) were covered. When we had questions that couldn't be answered by the website, Bradd answered our questions as soon as he was available. He's an understanding and thoughtful guy who runs a very solid business that we would use again, (and again)!
