Incredible how my 30 year old House looks brand new!! They also wash windows!! Streak free!! They did a wonderful job protecting all my plants around the house! Very impressive! Wish I would have done it sooner!

We had a great experience with Bradd Gullickson of Capital City Power Washing in Madison. The weather was uncooperative for the first planned attempt. Bradd was flexible, and 2 days later the weather and the Cap City crew came through and the old and dusty house looks like a new one. With the information on the website, we were able to prepare the house for the big event and be assured that the important aspects(like safety) were covered. When we had questions that couldn't be answered by the website, Bradd answered our questions as soon as he was available. He's an understanding and thoughtful guy who runs a very solid business that we would use again, (and again)!

Bradd and his team were a pleasure to work with. Everything was easy from getting an estimate to scheduling to having the service completed to paying. They did such a great job - I had no idea a house could sparkle like ours does now! The window cleaning was a worthwhile addition as well. Highly recommend!!!

Bradd was amazing to work with for getting our house softwashed! I had walked up to him as he was working on other house and asked if he'd be able to squeeze us in on short notice. He moved a few things around and was able to accommodate us within a week, as we were selling our house and wanted it washed before showings. He and his team were professional and meticulous. He took the time to walk about the house with me when they were finished to ensure I didn't I have any questions. Top notch service that we will be using again in our new home.

Bradd is outstanding. My (white) siding was in ROUGH shape and it looks practically new after they got done with it. I just wish I had before/after pics. I opted for the window treatment as well and cannot get over how sparkly they are! I will absolutely be back.
