Clear options were provided, and I was informed what could be done by the company. Limitations of the projects were also detailed. The service bid provided met my budget. They kindly rescheduled with us after having to deal with very low water pressure from our spigot that only allowed them to complete the power wash on one side of our house. Our plumber fixed the spigot and CPW came back the same week and did an excellent job completing the power wash. They even touched up the the first side of the house they had a done a few days prior! They did an excellent job cleaning the siding on my house, garage and shed. They look great. My wife especially loves the way they cleaned the windows. We plan to have them back again in 2 years.
