Best maintenance people ever! I love my apartment, I've been here almost 6 years, and I have no complaints. All the people at BRT are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love that we have a laundry room, dishwasher, and, we're even surrounded by nature! I'm a single parent, and it was hard to find an apartment. For whatever reason, a lot of places don't like to rent to a single mother. Not BRT. They will work with you. My son and I feel safe here, because we are safe.

We needed a new apartment for my dad in 2017, and he moved into Barnbeck Place in Brookfield. What a positive experience. The apartments are beautiful and in a very convenient location. My father is a challenge, and he has posed some challenges for the BRT team. They have been helpful in so many ABOVE AND BEYOND ways. I'd recommend BRT every day of the week!

I had a very nice stay at Brook view commons. The apartment is awesome but the best thing is management. I broke my lease early but they helped me a lot with the transition.
