Body Balance Chiropractic

I went to Body Balance hoping for some relief of a pinched nerve in my neck. I was miserable! Only 4 visits into my care plan I am feeling SO much better! I have been diligent with doing my “homework” exercises and stretches and the difference is seriously amazing. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Amazing place! I strained my neck and upper back and when I went in It was a tough time even turning my head from side to side I was so tight. In just a few visits My range of motion has improved at least by 85%, I feel pretty much back to normal. Dr. Allred is very professional and kind. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a bit nervous and he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I would Highly recommend 🙏

Dr. Allred has done a fantastic job helping me resolve pain in my lower back and SI joint that had been bothering me for months. Visits to his office are always quick, but not at the expense of helpfulness! Much better than other chiropractors I’ve seen around the valley.

Dr. Allred recognizes body health includes more than just chiropractic care. Because of this he has a whole body approach that is absolutely phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, open to questions and explains things in ways that are easy to understand.

Staff and Dr. Allred are wonderful! I felt like my needs were heard and met. Between the adjustments and the personalized companion exercises, I feel much better than I have in a very long time.

I was struggling with my eyes hurting for about a year. I had went to my family Dr and eye Dr and neither were able to help. Last resort was to try the chiropractor and I was completely amazed! He was able to make it so my eyes didn’t hurt within a few visits! I will definitely be back!
