I love Dr. Allred. He is so friendly and made sure I didnt feel like another appointment. He explained clearly what was going on, what we were going to do to fix the problem, and even told me what he was doing during the appointment. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Allred is wonderful to work with and focuses on long term healing. We are working on my knee right now. He always takes the time educate you on the process and is patient with any questions. I think his pricing is very fair.

I went to Body Balance for my allergies. I have suffered from seasonal allergies my entire life. The past couple of years they have become unbearable, lasting nine months out of the year. After the treatments for allergies at Body Balance, I can happily state that my allergies have improved 80 percent. I still get a little stuffy every once in awhile, but no sneezing, sinus infections, watery eyes, etc. The difference is amazing. I would highly recommend the allergy treatments at Body Balance, they are worth the price and time.

I have had chronic shoulder pain for 22 years, due to a car accident I was in when I was 19, I had gone to many doctors threw out the years, and was told surgery was my last option. I wanted another opinion before I committed to surgery, and went to see Dr. Allred, In less then a month, my pain is almost gone, I am sleeping better and am amazed at the activities I can enjoy once again with out pain. Dr. Allred takes the time to fully understand the situation, he does a full exam to completely understand the problem, he then takes the time to explain what your condition is, and helps you understand what needs to be done. Not only is he a wonderful Chiropractor, he is also a physical therapist, so you get the full treatment with one doctor. I highly recommend him, you can't find a better Chiropractor, physical therapist in the valley.

He has helped my family out so much. From my newborn to myself. He has helped with so many things that I never even knew he could help with.
