When I went to my first appointment my back and hip were in a lot of pain. We talked and he asked a lot of questions to get to the root of what was going on and what was out of line. After the first appointment and adjustment my pain was so much lower. I several more appointments and doing stretches at home but soon I my back and hip felt better than before. Come to Body Balance chiropractic! I have been dealing with bulging discs and back pain for the last 4 years. I was counseled by a doctor to never see a chiropractor, but the last few months my pain was inturrupting with my daily life. I came to Dr. Allred last week and after just three appointments my symptoms are almost completely gone! My alignment was way off and causing most of my back pain. He’s a super great doctor and although a lot of recoveries may not be as quick as mine, he definitely knows how to help and can get you back the life you want symptom free.

I go to see Dr. Allred because he goes the extra step in helping you. With the neck problems i have , l will always be under a chiropractors care and I'll always see Dr. Allred. I moved awat from the valley and I stil return to see him. He's gentle, and I trust in his care.

Dr. Allred expresses alot of concern and loves details and feedback! I would prefer electrical stimulation with adjustments, but Dr. Allred practices good techniques and care.
