Dr. Allred is amazing! I started going to him when he first opens in Logan. He helped me after one of the scariest moments of my life and one that certainly changed my life forever and he has been there when I need an adjustment! He is the only one I go to and I now live an hour away!!

I've been to several different chiropractors for neck pain but have always given up on my treatment because it was too painful. Dr. Allred's office was a totally different experience. Dr. Allred took x-rays on my first visit and I was able to see them and have my diagnosis explained to me. I was given a very clear course for treatment including stretches and exercises for me to do at home along with adjustments in the office. I was amazed at how quickly I felt better! Other chiropractor's adjustments usually caused me so much pain that I would spend the next few days icing and taking so much Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and Aleve that I was sick to my stomach and dreaded going back for another adjustment. Dr. Allred's adjustments are completely pain free but still get the job done!

The staff is good, Dr. Allred is excellent and the treatment here is by far one of the best chiropractic services I’ve received. I would recommend anyone needing chiropractic care to Dr. Allred!

I've been going to Body Balance for about a year now and I have had so much improvement with what felt like an impossible back injury and limited mobility. I am not at full strength yet but I am able to do things I thought I would never do again and have improved mentally as well as physically.
I always feel comfortable going in because Dr. Allred is patient and attentive, and he always takes the time to answer any questions I have about the process or why he's doing what he's doing. The reception staff is also excellent and make me happy to be there!

Dr. Allred is such a great doctor! He takes the time to listen to you and makes sure you are getting the care you need. I feel so much better since going to him.
