I've been to numerous chiropractors and until we found Dr. Allred I hadn't had true pain relief. I now move around alot but everytime I pass through it's on our list of visits amongst the family. Dr. Allred is awesome! I started having lower back pain my jr. year of high school from an accident and began going to a chiropractor in town where I lived. Even after taking an x-ray he couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I would come in almost every week to get readjusted. I did that for two years without seeing much progress. The a friend suggested coming to Body Balance in Logan. I tried it out and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Allred took one look at my x-ray and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. He gave me excercises to do at home that focused on rebuilding the muscles and tissue to build strength in my back. We were eventually able to cut down my visits to every couple of months! Dr. Allred is a great guy and does an awesome job!
