Dr. Allred is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He really knows what he is doing. He has helped me and my family more then once with injuries and other health conditions. I highly recommend him! I can't believe how much better I feel after I see him. I dislocated my ribs from a bike crash, and he was able to get me back to normal within a couple of months. I recently have had a frozen shoulder (Extremely painful!!) and he has helped me so much in just a few visits! He truly has healing hands.

Dr. Allred is amazing. He has helped me when I crashed on my bike while training for a triathlon. He got me ready to race again, when I thought I might not be able to. And he has helped me with a frozen shoulder as well. I can't believe the progress he has made with my injuries. He truly has healing hands. He is always patient and understanding. Suffered from lower back pain for years until I finally gave in and started going to Body Balance. Now I have seen great improvement and can now finally live a normal life without constant pain. Everyone is friendly and great to work with. They are open later in Tuesday’s and Thursday’s so they work around your schedule!
