Most importantly, I felt very comfortable at Body Balance Chiropractic. Dr. Allred was patient and listened carefully as I described my various pains. He explained everything he was doing and made sure that I knew I could stop him at any point for any reason. He has been very thorough in going over with me where my pain is coming from and what is wrong with my bones, and how to correct the problems I have in my back and my knee. I've only been in twice now, but both times I have felt much better afterword and have felt relief in my problem areas as well as other places that I didn't even realize were being effected by those areas. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful as well. Over all this has been a great first experience with a chiropractor.

Great Staff, easy to schedule, they will always fit you in if you are in pain. Dr Allred is a miracle worker, he listens to what is going on and explains everything. He never makes you feel rushed. He truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing. Dr Allred and his staff are definitely 5 star!!! I recommend them to everyone I know.

Been to several other chiropractors, but none have been even close to Dr Allred. Very, very thorough. Takes time to find your needs and evaluate your condition before just laying you on the table and giving you a “crack”. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, quick to help with any of your needs. I came to Dr. Allred with extreme stiffness and pain in my neck, upper back, and shoulders. I could not concentrate on school work and driving was painful. I've been seeing him for about a month now, and I have no more symptoms! The pain is gone! It is so much easier to do simple tasks like driving, computer work, and school assignments now. I even fall asleep faster and for longer. I recommend Dr. Allred to every person who complains to me about pain. He is awesome! Highly educated, experienced, and personable. He takes the time to understand your pain and what methods are best to treat you. 10/10!

Dr. Allred is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He really knows what he is doing. He has helped me and my family more then once with injuries and other health conditions. I highly recommend him! I can't believe how much better I feel after I see him. I dislocated my ribs from a bike crash, and he was able to get me back to normal within a couple of months. I recently have had a frozen shoulder (Extremely painful!!) and he has helped me so much in just a few visits! He truly has healing hands.

Dr. Allred is amazing. He has helped me when I crashed on my bike while training for a triathlon. He got me ready to race again, when I thought I might not be able to. And he has helped me with a frozen shoulder as well. I can't believe the progress he has made with my injuries. He truly has healing hands. He is always patient and understanding.
