I went to Dr. Allred about 18 months ago for a last-ditch effort to avoid getting cortisone shots (suggested by 2 separate doctors) in both of my hips. After my first appointment with Body Balance my pain level was noticeably reduced and was completely gone after 6 weeks. Dr. Allred gave me a personalized plan that has helped me develop strength and flexibility. The pain hasn't returned in either hip since! Dr. Allred also helped my teenage daughter with lower back pain and hip alignment - she too has been doing great on her personalized plan. Dr. Allred and his staff are FANTASTIC and I highly recommend giving them a chance to heal & strengthen you too!

Dr Allred is Hands Down the BEST Chiropractor around. He is Professional & Personable. I am able to live an Active life Style at my age bc of Him. I also suffer from Other Health issues that Are Improving every visit bc of Dr. Allred. He Truely Is a God Send. If you are Tired of being in Pain... Dr. Allred IS The Man to See. If you are ever thinking about going to see a chiropractor please come here the atmosphere is great I felt so safe and comfortable at this establishment. The treatments have made me feel so much better and they are incredibly helpful and educational.

Joan--Dr. Allred is very knowledgable about how to treat the symptoms that I have experienced. He is extremely skillful in doing adjustments and caring for his patients.

I was having a problem with my shoulder, putting pressure on it and lifting. I wasn't sure if it was muscular or something else. Dr. Allred was able to tell me that my shoulder was separating (not quite separated) and he could start to get everything back into position. He talks you through each motion as he adjusts so you don't have to worry about what is going to happen. All the staff are so kind and helpful if you need anything! If you have pain that you normally would not think a chiropractor could help, it is worth going in to see Dr. Allred to make sure! Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Allred is so awesome. I was so nervous to come to the chiropractor but he made me feel so comfortable. Since going to him I feel a significant change and not having back pain like I used to. 100 percent recommend!

i went in with little to no movement in my neck and i came out with all of my movement back! i love this place and how much effort they put into taking care of their patients!
