Dr. Allred is amazing! I came in with back pain he has helped me feel so much better again, as well as helping me get back on track with daily stretches and exercises. I cannot say enough good things about this place and him! They even have a little kids room right next to the adjustment tables so your little kids can play with trains and books and so many fun things :) He also does chiropractic work for when your pregnant and the ladies at the desk quickly learn your name and make you feel at home. While I’ve been here (he has mornings and evening appointments to fit all schedules) I’ve seen all kinds of patients, young and old, big and small. Recommend it 100%!

We looked up chiropractors in the area and came across Body Balance Chiropractic. We drive truck over the road and we’re only in town for a short time. Dr. Alrad was so flexible and got us in right away! When we arrived, everyone was so friendly and treated us with great respect. Dr. Alrad is an Amazing Chiropractor!! He asked a lot of questions and took his time to come up with the best treatment plan. He knew right away what was wrong and I felt so much better after the first visit. He knows his stuff!! He also accommodated a second appointment the very next day because we had to get back on the road. We will definitely be making it a point to see him every time we are in the area!!!

Dr Allred has helped me with vertigo, headaches, heart palpitations and anxiety. I am nervous to do any intense manual adjustments and he’s never made me feel I have to. He’s so gentle and his treatments are very effective.

Dr. Allred is so knowledgeable about the entire body and is quickly able to diagnose the issues contributing to your problems. I was struggling with chest pain for months and saw multiple doctors who misdiagnosed me. After seeing Dr. Allred for one chiropractic treatment he was able to determine the issues immediately and I felt immensely better after a single treatment. He also helped my breech baby flip head down and eliminated the sciatica I was struggling with during pregnancy after only a few treatments. I took my baby to him for treatments as well and she never spit up because of it. Any time she would start to spit up again I would take her in for a treatment and it would immediately disappear. We have all been told a baby spitting up is normal, but Dr. Allred taught me although it's common, it’s actually not normal and it was so nice to not have to deal with that as a mom. I...

Body Balance Chiropractic is awesome. I have never had to wait more than ten minutes to get called back and the staff is so nice. The doctor takes his time answering questions and explaining things so you know what he is doing and how it will help. Definitely recommend!!

AMAZING! Dr. Allred is both professional and personal. He really knows what he’s doing and what techniques will help with literally any pain or stiffness or issue. He’s also very knowledgeable and helpful in full body care and how different body systems work together. Also, scheduling could not be any easier. I started going to him when I was about 13 weeks pregnant and I still go 2 years later as the need comes up for both me and my child. He’s really good with newborns/babies/toddlers too. I highly recommend!

Staff and Dr. Allred are wonderful! I felt like my needs were heard and met. Between the adjustments and the personalized companion exercises, I feel much better than I have in a very long time.
