The drop off of the boxes was easy and as advertised. They also have a few great customer service staff members that carry the business. But they do not have a clear policy of how they charge for time extension for use of boxes that are left on your property.

I needed to extend the use of my boxes by a week for my tenants who had pulled everything from the garage so that we could repair a leak.

I called big box and listened to the message that played to let me know how I could reschedule my box pickup by speaking with a customer service rep. It goes on to tell me if I call 24 hrs in advance there will be no additional fee for changing my pick up date.

I was well with in that so I requested a change. The service rep was happy to help and let me know that and additional week of rent would be charged to my card. I agreed and left it at that.

I have cleared up all matters thanks to Brian Hurley and have changed my regard towards this company. I find that it is professional and courteous in all matters and up front about it's buisiness practices. That said I would recommend this company for storage needs.
