Thanks Brian, will definitely use Big Box again!

On short notice, we needed to have storage containers delivered to our house as one of the pipes burst in our home and flooded the upstairs of our place. We had to get our items out as soon as possible to minimize the damage to our stuff. We had called Big Box Storage at 4pm on a Thursday and although they were jammed packed with deliveries for the day, they still managed to fit us in. Not only are we grateful to the driver who delivered the containers for working late that night, but I assume Big Box also had to pay the driver overtime for that day. Our entire experience with this company was great from start to finish. I didn't shop around too much, so not sure how their prices compare, but the service was truly outstanding.

I've used the storage service for close to a year. I didn't have a great experience when I set up the drop off and pick up of the boxes to my new location. The representative wasn't helpful or flexible with what I needed. I did however receive a phone call from Brian who manages the facility who worked with me and made things right. Having a person care enough to make things right changes my entire outlook on my experience and overall satisfaction. This goes a long way and shows that taking care of customers has not gone away. They came through in the end and for that, I would recommend them moving forward. Thanks Brian.

Switching my review up to 5 stars. Big box came through and waived a bunch of the unnecessary fees so my friend's mom could get her stuff back. Glad they could understand the situation and be reasonable.

I just wanted to say I got some information about parking my car in San Diego short term and spoke with Jeremy. He answered all the questions I had and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Big Box Storage.

Everything was good until the last month when they wouldn’t do a refund of 80$ for using the box more then 10 days into the month. The least they could have done was give me back 40$ and collect on 15 days of renting the box. Would have been a lot cooler if they did.

Excellent customer service!! The delivery person was professional and friendly. Every time I contacted the company, to make a payment or schedule a pick up, the person I spoke with was helpful and accommodating! I can’t recommend Big Box Storage highly enough.
