My initial experience with Big Box Storage was not outstanding but I was contracted by their manager who took care of any concerns I had. This is something that is very important in today's competitive landscape, so appreciate the manager reaching out to me directly and making sure I was fully satisfied with their service. From a consumer prospective, make sure you review your invoice and allow yourself at least a week to schedule a pick-up // drop-off so that you are not charged an additional month.
