Thank God for Big Box. Emoyees are amazing and very helpful.

We store my son’s apt furniture in 3 bins while he is traveling. The folks are so friendly & helpful when we come by to get something out of the bins.

Dan came out from Big Box and helped us today!! We have never used Big Box and he was so awesome!! So helpful in explaining everything and placing our boxes in the perfect positions to make it easy as possible to load our things!!! Dan you rock and thank you again for delivering to us!!

This place makes everything so easy for you & makes a stressful situation less stressful . I would use this place again.

The drop off of the boxes was easy and as advertised. They also have a few great customer service staff members that carry the business. But they do not have a clear policy of how they charge for time extension for use of boxes that are left on your property.

I needed to extend the use of my boxes by a week for my tenants who had pulled everything from the garage so that we could repair a leak.

I called big box and listened to the message that played to let me know how I could reschedule my box pickup by speaking with a customer service rep. It goes on to tell me if I call 24 hrs in advance there will be no additional fee for changing my pick up date.

I was well with in that so I requested a change. The service rep was happy to help and let me know that and additional week of rent would be charged to my card. I agreed and left it at that.
