I have no complaints. I think they should probably have longer hours for access but other than that I'm still with them

We had a difficult situation involving the personal property of a third party and BigBox was very understanding as we navigated this sensitive situation. In particular, I would like to thank Cory for consistently returning my calls and emails, swiftly changing pick up dates/location last minute and finally, helping us transition the property back to its owner. The company is ran well and has reasonable pricing. Their drivers were on time for all scheduled drop offs.
