UPDATE: After I posted this review the Manager Brian called and rectified the situation and in fact will be delivering my box today which is early.

Would give zero if I could. Called this morning to say there was a "glitch" and would not be delivering my box tomorrow. Then stated that I would not be getting the "$25 off if schedule online" or the free delivery because I already used their services once. Their website however has NO EXCLUSIONS. Reads as follows: "You’ll also enjoy free delivery and pickup (a $99 savings) with a three month min. storage term." Nothing indicates can't get it if you've already used them. I cancelled. Rather pay more for an honest company.
