I like the convenience of Big Box Storage. Easy and convenient for moving especially because I typically rent 1 room in a short term lease. Box gets dropped off I fill it at my leisure then arrives at the new address hassle free.

My fiancé and I recently moved from San Diego to Maryland between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I can't say enough good things about Big Box. From the initial quote/information getting process all the way to when we emptied our container, Morgan and Jeremy were outstanding. Their responses are quick and give you all the information you need. We had to make a couple of adjustments to shipping/storage dates along the way, and no request was too small or too big. We highly recommend Big Box!!

Stored 2 big boxes for 3 months or so and then shipped across country to new location. The entire Big Box team were fantastic throughout the entire process, communication was great and we could not be happier. They even went the extra mile to find storage for us in new location, going out of their way to ensure it was a storage place they had worked with in the past and could trust, it was even the same price for storage. This is operation is a class act and absolutely 5 stars in a category of businesses which usually disappoint to say the least.
