I am very happy with my experience with Big Box Storage! I had a wonderful experience with Dan, who delivered my box, and Ben, who helped give me a quote and answer all of my questions prior. They were both professional, helpful and kept me informed on every step of the process. My box was delivered on time and Dan helped me get everything situated. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with them again!

Big Box was the perfect answer for my short term storage needs. They were extremely easy to work with and offered the best pricing compared to other "pod-like" options. The people at my local branch were even able to come pick up my boxes earlier than originally scheduled when I was able to move back into my house sooner. Thank you all, I highly recommend!

Big Box Srorage has the best customer service. Any time I have had a question and called....someone addresses my concern quickly and effectively. Every step of the way has been a breeze. We needed home...easy peasy...sent them back...effortless. even went to warehouse to find something inside of one of them...simple.

Big Box storage was amazing. They made everything so easy and much cheaper than my storage unit. Eric, who dropped off and picked up my containers, was on time and came with a great attitude!

Oh my Gosh! The best ever company. If you want to move call Big Box. The personnel was so fantastic and extremely helpful. I just can't say enough about how great this company is. They sure made my move the easiest ever. Also saved me lots of money.
