Big Box Storage

Using big box was a great experience for me. They are great and punctual with your requests to get to your items. Originally I thought my stuff would get shifted around having them place boxes out to get to them but..... they are very careful and things were just as I left them . Reasonable prices and friendly staff as well .

Great service! Employee’s we’re very nice and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit. Overall 10/10.

Jeff totally saved my life when the lady at extra space storage was being difficult and not allowing the big box on facility. He didn't have to do it, but Jeff went the extra mile and convinced the lady to allow us in as well as he helped me load everything in my storage in 15 minutes. 10/10 definitely the best San Diego storage facility/long distance mover

So my last review of Big Box was not very complimentary to the company and rated it with 1 star because I was extremely disappointed in how my experience was faced with many bumps along the way.
After my origional post I received a personal phone call from Brian the company owner. The very first thing he did was apologize about my experience and the spent like 20 minutes without interruption allowing me to express how I felt. Nobody does that anymore. During the entire conversation he never cast dispersions about the way I could have handled it better, rather he accepted all of the blame where he clearly could have and possibly be right with some points. In the end, Brian treated me like a friend and never made excuses for anything. He mentioned that the Manager was still young and still learning. He gave me what I truly wanted, a synthetic and understanding ear to express...

I had the best experience with big box. First off....the best customer service. The most friendly people to work with. You can't beat the prices at big box either. Dan picked ours up today and I was blown away with how nice he was. Good customer service is everything. I will 100% use big box again and I will tell everyone to use this company. Thanks bug

Desomnd, the driver for my big box was so wonderful! We had a few hurdles with the parking and it was stressing me out, but Desmond was so professional and calm, I don't know what I wouldv're done without him!

The customer service at this company is something we baby boomers once experienced in the "olden days." Professional, super friendly, and they went out of their way to be accommodating. I can only say they were the absolute best at what they do. They made the difficulty of moving a breeze. Every person i had to deal with from driver, to customer service, to billing was phenomenal. Big Box Storage should be enormously proud of the people who work for them!

Really great service from their friendly team both at the office and when they deliver/remove your box. Also the best price in the area. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
