Highly recommend. Had a unit for 7 years while I lived in a high rise. Easy to get the box delivered to pack up and easy to get access to the box thereafter. Can schedule same day access if you call a few hours before they close. The auto pay feature is easy. Its temperature controlled and my belongings stayed in good condition. When I closed out Dan delivered my box to unload and was friendly, professional and helpful. Great experience, they make it easy!

Needed a dependable trust-worthy way to store my belongings for an indefinite time with possible interim access. Not far into my research, found BIG BOX STORAGE. Bryan manages a clean, organized company and Jeremy handles office management just great. Office staff also professional hard working and shows high work ethics in a competitive field. Worked mostly with Morgan and Jasmine both these ladies are reliable and totally awesome! Check them out on-line or by phone to see if a match for your storage needs.
