Dan was amazing! Not only did he drop off our box early but he stayed to help us unload it. After about 20 minutes of bringing our stuff inside he took the box back. Great experience and great personality.

Eric provided an excellent delivery experience! He put the box Exactly where we wanted it to go, leveled it so the hinges worked well, went over all the instructions, and all with a great attitude and smile. I will be using Big Box again for our storage needs.

Dan from big box was the biggest help! He called me to give me a notice of when he will be there and was so helpful during a stressful situation of waiting to find where he could drop off the box and was super patient and understanding! Dan made the process way better and an overall great and easy experience!
