Big Box storage was the perfect solution as we moved across five states. Staff I spoke to as I planned were very helpful; they answered my questions and provided information that would help me plan our move. The boxes were delivered and picked up by drivers who called to let you know they were on the way.
I strongly recommend Big Box as a storage and moving option.

Good customer service. Competitive prices. Quick delivery. Only one size wooden box (8×5×7) with protective cover--they said it holds 1 1/2 bedrooms, but probably closer to one very small bedroom. Had to order an extra box. They let you call back within 5 days to pick up the extra box if you dont need it. Delivery driver Erick was very friendly.

Fantastic experiences so far with Big Box. Ben was so friendly and helpful in getting my boxes scheduled and ensuring I got the best price! DAN, our delivery driver, was incredibly patient and kind helping us get the boxes set up in the correct spot! And his placement skills with the forklift were very impressive! He was able to get two boxes to fit next to each other in a small parking spot with cars on each side! I’d highly recommend Big Box for your moving and storage needs!!
