The team at Big Box Storage was fantastic! From the initial phone call to the delivery and pickup. Excellent service!

The office staff were friendly and helpful on the phone. Whenever I had to leave a message they always followed up quickly. The delivery driver Desmond went above and beyond to insure the boxes made it through our narrow gate. When visiting the facility, it was well maintained and the staff was helpful and professional. Wait times from calls to pick ups delivery were short. If we need storage in the future or have friends who need storage handled professionally with no issues we know where to go!

I needed two boxes delivered for an upcoming office remodel and the staff at Big box Storage were terrific. They explained everything over the phone and I was able to secure a delivery for the next day! Everyone at the company has been helpful, including Dan who delivered my boxes this afternoon. He was on time, communicative, and very knowledgeable . He placed the boxes exactly where I asked him to, so I would be in compliance with my landlord’s instructions. Thank you Dan!

We were using the Big Box to store household items while the house was tented for termite extermination. We only needed it for a week and it was hard to find a company that provided similar storage for less than a month. The box was delivered as scheduled, was clean and easily fit in the driveway, then was removed at the end of the week. It was economical and convenient.
