Big Box Storage

I am so pleased with the Big Box Service. I have been their customer for for over 6 months and have been pleased with their service and especially with their customer service. They are kind people who care about their service and represent their company very well. I needed to add some items to my big box, storage, so I had an option to visit their site and access my big box but instead I asked if I could have the big box delivered to my home, which they did offer that service of course with a fee, which worked out for me. Within a couple of days, I had the big box dropped off at my location, had a couple of days to add and remove items from my storage box before their pick up date, which was great. Theur representative who delivers and drops off your storage box was careful and provided great customer service, polite and very friendly kind person. This in my personnel opinion and...

I love this company! Everything is easy from start to finish. I just had my box returned by Dan and he was prompt and super nice. He even made sure to measure out so that the box would not block anything.

From the start, when calling with questions to delivery and pick-up everyone was friendly and professional. Prices were great too. This was the best option for our move, highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to moving van or traditional storage.

What a great Big Box delivery I experienced today. Placement of my two boxes had to be very precise in order to accommodate a 28’ moving trailer, my garage filled with packed items and my 2 Big Box storage items. I had a plan but when my Big Box delivery expert arrived, he suggested a much better solution! I am so happy with the results! This big loveable teddy bear of a man sure showed his genius today!!!
