As a person who has moved several times, and with multi-state moves, I have used many companies over the years and can say that Big Box is by far the best I have used. I have been so incredibly impressed with every part of my experience with Big Box Storage. First we used a packing company that they recommended to load our boxes and wow - 10/10, both day of and when we unloaded them 2 years later. They were still in perfect shape. Literally nothing moved. I feared how dirty everything would be after being in storage for so long, but it literally looked like they had just been packed the week before - which also goes to show the cleanliness of the storage facility that they use. The customer service with the staff regarding payments, scheduling and questions has been very friendly, professional and accommodating. The driver who dropped and picked up our boxes was so kind. What I found exceptional !!!! with Big Box is their flexibility in allowing me to change dates, of delivery and pick up!, Unfortunately, for me... I had to change it several times because of the predicament that the buyer of my house put me in! I would have been in a very bad situation, if Big Box had not changed the dates.

Desmond was so nice dropping off and picking up the box. He even helped me close the door. The process was so easy. I’ve been a long time customer and needed another storage. They responded quickly for every call and were very efficient. Great price and excellent service. I’d recommend this to anyone!
