The service and professional from Big Box was amazing. I first used them then we had to move into temporary housing until our primary home was ready, about 6 months. We are a military family and as life goes my oldest was off to college, my spouse was deployed and I was operating with my HS kiddo. The help was amazing even when I over estimated my ability to get things done they were happy to bring another box and just kept helping me lighten the load of stuff I need to have stored. I changed my mind at least 6 times, everytime they made accodations they were polite and well mannered. and
