I cannot express how pleased I am with the service that Big Box Storage has offered to me. Particularly with Dan, the driver who was responsible for dropping the boxes for the first time. His communication was impeccable from the very beginning to the very finish. Due to the fact that I was unable to be present when Dan dropped the boxes, he went over additional actions to assist and make things simpler. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone who is in the process of moving, and I believe that the pricing are reasonable.

I dealt with Ben for our LAST second home move. He was very professional and very helpful. Also. Handled my needs in less than 15 minutes. The rates are reasonable. And the services are impressive. Will recommend to my mother who is also moving later in the year. And anyone else I know. Local company. Great communication.
