Using Big Box was so easy! It simplified one aspect of our renovation, and was one less thing for us to stress over. I called for a storage pod and it was dropped 2 days later. When I was ready for pickup I simply called a few days in advance and they picked up without issue. We didn’t even need to be home.

We will definitely be using Big Box for our next home project.

Dan was great delivering the boxes into our garage! Also great experience picking the boxes back up. Both within the quoted timeframe.
Only thing was there was a slight billing error and I had to call to get it corrected, which they did correct once I called
