Eric did an amazing job of dropping off my 2 storage boxes in rough terrain & steep hills in Del Dios, Escondido! He was super proactive & quick problem solver with leveling the units with some bricks we had in the yard. I wish I could give him 20 stars & had a tip for him. But hopefully Big Box will take care of their wonderful employees. Their expertise & everyone’s professionalism within the company makes this a 5⭐️ establishment I will recommend for sure!

They came through again!! We called at the last minute for a project we were working on and they did a rush delivery. My partner and I have used Big Box several times over the past 15 years. The prices are extremely reasonable. The thing that pushes this company over the top is the stellar customer service!! We have been lucky enough to get Dan as our driver most of the time. Dan always asks us how the service has been. This guy has offered to help us load and unload a heavy desk on more than one occasion.

What I really appreciate it from BIG BOX Storage was they were flexible. Unfortunately I had to keep changing the date that I needed the 2 Pods delivered... and also same happened for picking it up. The staff were very supportive and understanding and made it less stressful for me.!!
