Associate Ben communicated the leasing process clearly while explaining the various options at my disposal. The storage unit was delivered on time by Dan who explained how the unit worked. It was also picked up on time. Additionally, I thought the fees were very reasonable. I would definitely use Big Box Storage again.

The person that set up my purchase was relaxed and not pushy. Amazing customer service. He also assisted me with changing my pick up date without an issue.

The delivery guy was fun and energetic. Super quick and precise with unloading.
